MNU library day celebration

MNU Libraries celebrated Library Day on the 02nd of September 2021. This year the Library Day theme was “Dhivehinge Aadhakaadha dhiruvaa aalakuramaa” in line with MNU Strategic Goal, on enhancing the Maldivian Identity. This theme brought to focus the importance of reflection reminded us of values, traditions, and gave the opportunity for some fun activates.

Librarians across the MNU worked tirelessly to provide a great platform. Promoting the libraries bringing together client groups who took part in the activities and had a really good time. It was also an opportunity to get to know the Libraries and helped forge bonds of friendship with the Librarians. It turned out to be a fun day where many clicked away colorful photos. We hope to see more of our clients visit the libraries and spend more time reading and researching in the library.
